This year 3 big film was released at the time of Puja. Firstly Bachchan and Chotuskon was released in 26 sept on 160 & 40 screens .
The opening day collections of both film was effected due to pre puja release. But both of the film get decent trend at theatres after its opening. As per report

Than yoddha was released in 1st Oct at the day of Saptami on 186 screens. The opening of the film was biggest of 2014 but negative feedback from the audience decreased the footfalls after 1st week. The film had to face big drops in 2nd and 3rd Week. The big budget movie of 2014 turned into a big flop.
