Yoddha was released on this Puja with a huge expectation and Budget. But the biggest film of this year failed to impress the audience. The footfalls on theatres were dropped by a big margin after first week.
The opening day gross of the film was 42 lacs nett. This is highest opening day of 2014. The film grossed around 1.12 cr nett in opening weekend. Due to Puja the footfalls was decent at the opening time. But the trend of didn't good as Bachchan. Even Bachchan was doing decent business on Puja on its second week run.
Yoddha gross 2.34 cr nett on its opening extended week of 9 days . But the film face big drops on its second week. As per report the film gross only 63lacs on its second week. And third week collections was around 20 lacs nett.
The film gross 3.17 crore nett after third week.
And now the film has very few chances to survive at boxoffice.
The film will end its box office runs after adding some collections. The film was flop at box office. This is the third flop of Dev. And two in a row after Bunohaans.
