Happy New Year got Biggest Opening in West Bengal.
It was first time any movie cross 2 cr nett mark in West Bengal Territory .
The film opened fully packed from the morning. The average occupancy in the theatres near around 90-95%. As per advance booking report most of the multiplex tickets were sold out yesterday. In Single screen the story was same.
The film receive average 15 shows in multiplexes. Dew to it's long running time, single screen show numbers were 10 % lower than kick,Dhoom 3 and Chennai Express.
The average tickets price of the film was same as Kick, slightly more than Bang Bang. But less than Dhoom 3.
As per estimated report the film gross 2.25 cr nett in West Bengal, Breaking the opening day records of Dhoom 3 with 40% range (1.64 cr Nett) . The gross figures of the film should be near around 2.9 cr.
All India Nett Gross can touch 40cr mark first time in Indian film history.
